I would suggest to remove the repetitive outlines added in several sections (e.g., at the end of 2.2). For the final version, it would be nice to correct paragraphs that end with one or two words in the [...] Also, in 2.3, I would suggest to make the example a figure rather than having it floating on the side of the text.
